Privacy
Last updated 27 September 2026. This is a hobby game, and we keep as little as we can.
What we store
- Your account: when you sign in with Google, we keep a one-way code made from your Google account ID (not the ID itself), your first name, your profile picture link and your display name. We never store your email address.
- Your games: the questions, your answers, the AI characters' answers, the verdicts and scores, and timings (for example how long each reply took). We need these to run the game, resume it after a reload, show your share pages, your Humanity Profile and the leaderboards.
- Technical records: which model was called, how long it took and how many tokens it used, so we can keep the game fast and affordable.
Who processes it
- Google confirms who you are when you sign in.
- OpenAI receives your answers to check them for abuse (moderation) and to generate the AI characters' replies. OpenAI's API does not use this data to train its models by default.
- Cloudflare hosts the game and its database.
No ads, no trackers, no selling or sharing of your data with anyone else.
What's public
Your display name appears on the leaderboards, on share pages you choose to share, and on your Humanity Profile page. Share pages show the verdict, the AI's reason and one quote of your words. By default it is your first name and last initial from Google; you can change it any time in Account. Your Google picture is never shown.
Optional: helping improve the game
You can let us keep your games to improve the game (you must be 18 or older). It is off unless you turn it on, and you can turn it off any time in Account. If you agree, we may study an anonymized copy of your finished games (no account, name or game link; just the conversation, verdict and score) to make the characters better. If you turn it off, your past games are removed from any future copy.
Deleting your data
Account → Delete my account and data deletes your account and every game you've played right away, including your leaderboard entries and share links. Anonymized copies made earlier with your consent can't be traced back to you, so they can't be removed.
We keep games for as long as your account exists.
Children
You must be at least 13 to play (Google accounts already require this), and 18 to opt in to helping improve the game.
